I bridge the gap between what users say, what data shows, and what the business needs. My analytics background means I can define a metric, measure it - and know when it’s lying.

01 - PM Philosophy
How I think about
building products.
The principles I apply before writing a single spec or opening Jira. These aren’t frameworks - they’re convictions.
Principle 01
Problems Before Solutions
I spend more time in discovery than in spec writing. A well-framed problem is worth a month of sprints. Every project starts with: “What is the user actually trying to do?” - not “What should we build?”
Principle 02
Metrics Are Hypotheses
A KPI is a bet. I define the metric, the direction, and the threshold before launching - and I treat unexpected results as the most valuable data. Good PMs track outcomes, not outputs.
Principle 03
Alignment Is the Product
The best PRD fails if engineering, design, and business aren’t rowing together. I treat stakeholder management as a core PM skill - because unaligned teams ship the wrong thing faster.

02 - Experience
Career Timeline
Three internships across industries, each building a different PM muscle: stakeholder alignment, data-to-decision thinking, and user empathy in the field.

04 - Frameworks in Practice
PM Frameworks
I don’t just know these frameworks - I’ve applied them to real decisions. Here’s the thinking behind the thinking.
★ RICE Scoring
Feature Prioritisation - Metaverse EdTech Roadmap
Based on my survey data, I used RICE to prioritise the top 3 product recommendations for an EdTech company building metaverse learning.

AR phone-based pilot (Sci)93185%23.0 ✓
Proof-of-outcome content82170%11.2
VR headset full course43530%0.7
VR headsets scored lowest despite being the “exciting” option - high confidence the market isn’t ready (64% never tried VR). Data beats intuition.
⭐ North Star Metric
Choosing the Right Metric for the Maven Analytics Product
When building the dashboard, I had to decide what success looks like - views or decisions. The right answer changes everything about what you build.

📊 Jobs-to-be-Done
Reframing the EdTech Research Question
The original question assumed the problem was about technology. JTBD reframing revealed the real job users were hiring for.
Original Question
“Do students want to learn in a metaverse?”
JTBD Reframe
“Help me learn by doing - not just watching - so I actually retain what I studied.”
45% cited lack of hands-on experience as their #1 frustration. The job isn’t “metaverse” - it’s active, practical learning. The tech is just a possible solution.
📄 PRD Structure
How I Write a Product Requirements Document
Every spec I write follows this structure - learned through the Internshala PM course and applied to real projects.
1
Problem statement + user evidence
2
Success metrics + North Star definition
3
In-scope / out-of-scope decisions
4
User stories with acceptance criteria
5
Edge cases + dependency map
6
Launch plan + rollback criteria
